Test mailing list
This is an additional mailing list that has been designed for better control of mailings. When you use this mailing list, a copy of the newsletter will always be sent to a pre-defined subscriber list. These e-mails (copies) will be generated when you begin to send the test mailing to this list. Right after you send out the test mailings, sending of the newsletter will begin. This function may be used in different ways. In this example, the test addresses of all the larger providers will receive an e-mail, to see how long it takes for them to receive this e-mail. Any potential problems with sending out a newsletter may be uncovered by using this function. Please note that the test e-mail addresses must not be created as routine subscribers in your database, which may cause the newsletters to be sent out with no personalization. This is not a BACKCLICK error.
Create test mailing list
After you click on “Subscriber Management -> test mailing list,” a searching mask will open. Here you may view all the members of this mailing list. In order to view all the members, do not enter any information into the input box, and click on the "search"-button. PLEASE NOTE: You may also enter parts of e-mail addresses, or (if known), the entire e-mail address to find a member.

You will now see an overview of all the members of this mailing list. To add a member to this mailing list, click on the 
"add"-button. This will display the following input mask, where you may enter any number of new e-mail addresses:

To end the entries, click on the -button.

You will need to confirm the security question by clicking on "Yes" to save the addresses in your database.If you do not want to save these addresses, click on the
"No"-button and you will return to the input mask, where you can enter new addresses. If some of the addresses already exist on this mailing list, you will see the following note:

Confirming this note using the "OK"-button will return you to the submenu “test mailing list,” with the searching mask described above. Your test mailing list has now been created. To check the e-mail addresses, follow the above steps.
