Remove subscriber 

To erase a subscriber from the database, please choose “Subscriber Management” (Main Menu) -> “Erase subscriber” (submenu)In order to delete a subscriber go to Subscriber - Management --> Delete subscriber. This will open the familiar searching mask (see search for subscribers)search mask allowing you to look for a subscriber. Once again , you can start may use a simple or an expanded enhanced search (see See Chapter “Change Subscriber”chapter "Edit Subscriber").

Once you have found and selected the subscriber(s) you want to erasedelete, click on the Image Removed"Delete"-button to confirm the erasure. You will now see the status of the subscriber.

After receiving the status of the subscriber, you may erase another subscriber, and by clicking on the Image Removed-button you will open the searching mask again. . After confirming your choice you will see whether the subscriber(s) was/were successfully deleted.

Once all of the subscribers you wanted to remove are gone, you may return to the main menu by clicking on the Image Removed"Back"-button. 

PLEASE NOTE: This method way of erasing subscribers is not intended for removing all the subscribers on one mailing listdeleting is not meant to be used to delete entire mailing lists. While this process would work, it would take a lot of time when working on bigger for larger lists. To erase all the subscribers of one mailing list, please use “erase mailing list” (submenu) in “Mailing List Management” (Main Menu)Use the feature "Delete Mailing list" from Mailing list - Management instead.
