Creating a new user
Before you can In order to create a new user in the BACKCLICK system, you need to check and see if you have the right to create new usersfirst of all you have to have permission to do so. If you are logged in as the "bcadmin", you have this right. From the main menu, select “User management are always able to. First name, last name, email address, log in, password
Fill in Enter the user information here (first name, last name, email address, etc.). The logLog-in name and password each must have a minimum of six characters. Aside from the number of characters, both the log-in name and the password are freely selectableentirely your choice. Letters, numbers, or other special characters may be used.
Session length
You may define the duration of a session length for everyone who uses BACKCLICKfor each user. This is the period of time the user may be remains logged in to the system without working on it. If this time has expiredwithout performing any action. After this time expires, the user will be logged out automatically and has to log in again. This will still apply if the user is writing composing a newsletter, pauses for lunch, and returns after the session time has expired.

Language
You may choose the language of the menu for every user. The entire menu and all of the buttons will then be displayed in the chosen language. At the present time, you may select English, German or Polish.
Password changeable by user
If you want to let users change their own password, select “Yes.” If you do not want users to change the password on their own, choose, “No.”
IMF sort
While using the self-learning function of the intelligent mail filter, users can raise the hit rate of the automatic categorization. Because operational errors each user's system language, applying to all menues, buttons, etc.. Currently available are English, German and Polish.
Password
If you want users to be able to change their password themselves, select “yes.”, "no" revokes this permission.
IMF sort
Users are able to train the intelligent mail filter (IMF) in order to increase hit rate of automated categorization. To grant this right permission to the user, select “Yes.” To deny them this right, choose “No.” “yes”, otherwise “no”.
Status
You may activate or deactivate a user account here, by selecting “Yes” “active” or “No“locked”. ” This may be done for any accounts that may only be temporary makes sense for temporary users (guest columnists, etc.).

HTML-Editor
If your administrator allowed use of using the HTML Editor in the basic settings, every other user has a right the possibility to use it as well. The HTML Editor makes it possible to write enables you to compose an HTML newsletter , even with no without any knowledge of HTML. Text may be inserted without regard paying attention to formats, format and the newsletter it will stil be displayed correctly in your newsletter. If this function feature is deactivated, every text must has to be inserted with all the necessary HTML information , to get the samenecessary.
Show time/ user name
Here you may choose whether to hide the server-time and user-name information, or to show it in the administrational overview at the top lefthand side of the screenDisplay Time/Username
This defines whether server time and username will be displayed in the top left corner of the administrator interface.
Export passwords
Here you may configure or deny user export of the subscribers’ passwords.This defines whether the user will be able to export subscriber passwords.
Administrator's rights
You will only need this setting option, if you plan to identify add a second administrator in your company who will use BACKCLICK. (We do not suggest that you give administrative rights to every user.) . It does not make sense to grad administrator's rights to alot of users. To grant or deny administrative rights to a new user, choose “Yes” or “No.”

You have to define which mailing lists the user may is allowed to access. The user will only be able to see, edit , or erase subscribers on and delete subscribers of the lists he or she has a right access to. User's access permissions
