The term “user” in BACKCLICK does not relate to subscribers of different mailing lists. It refers to the people who are able to access configuration and composition of newsletters (depending on permissions), access statistics or administrate the system.
BACKCLICK uses its own user management allowing simple handling of all users. This hierarchical structure of permissions makes it possible to customize users for individual areas of responsibility, according to expertise. You are able to define permissions related to cofiguration, composition and sending of newsletters for each employee.
Fig. 5.2 - Create new User
This enables multiple users to login from different places and use the system simultaneously. It is possible to add or revoke permissions for every user. You are able to create a specific user for an editor, that is able to compose a newsletter, but unable to send it or create a special user, that is only able to see statistics.
PLEASE NOTE: A user is only able to create a new user with at most the permissions he owns himself (principle of inheritance of rights). Language of the user interface may be different for every user. BACKCLICK is currently available in English, German and Polish.
