Remove subscriber 

To erase a subscriber from the database, please choose “Subscriber Management” (Main Menu) -> “Erase subscriber” (submenu). This will open the familiar searching mask (see search for subscribers). Once again, you can start a simple or an expanded search (see See Chapter “Change Subscriber”).

Once you have found the subscriber you want to erase, click on the -button to confirm the erasure. You will now see the status of the subscriber.

After receiving the status of the subscriber, you may erase another subscriber, and by clicking on the -button you will open the searching mask again. 

Once all of the subscribers you wanted to remove are gone, you may return to the main menu by clicking on the -button. 

PLEASE NOTE: This method of erasing subscribers is not intended for removing all the subscribers on one mailing list. While this process would work, it would take a lot of time when working on bigger lists. To erase all the subscribers of one mailing list, please use “erase mailing list” (submenu) in “Mailing List Management” (Main Menu).
