Searching for a subscriber

Simple search

Enter the term you want to search for in the input box. You may search for an e-mail address or a domain, as well as for parts of an e-mail address. If you do not fill in text there, all of the e-mail addresses of all subscribers will be listed.

Expanded search

Clicking on the "expand" button will expand the searching menu with additional criteria. You may specify your search to be for a particular category of subscriber. If, for instance, you are searching for everyone who subscribed by using a certain domain, please type the name of the domain into the input box, and click on “searching in domain” before you start the search. You may also limit your search to those who subscribed after a certain date.

PLEASE NOTE: If you enter the whole e-mail address in the input box marked “searching,” and the e-mail address exists in your database, the searching process will be very fast (less than one second). If you enter only parts of the e-mail address, it will take longer to get a result because the BACKCLICK system will start the full text search.

After the searching process is complete, BACKCLICK will list all of the results found in its database. Clicking on an e-mail address will display all of the information about that subscriber.
