BACKCLICK uses its own SQL subscriber database. This is the same database used to store management data, campaign data and statistcs. It is designed in a way that allows makes adding, modifying and deleting attributes (database fields) The structure of the subscriber’s database is expandable if needed. Therefore, you may add, change, or erase data fields even if it is an operating system. Please read Chapter “Database Designer” for further information on the data fields. There are several possible ways to import or export the subscriber’s data to BACKCLICK: easy, even in running state. Refer to chapter "Database - Designer" for further information.

There are several possibilities in order to import or export subscriber data:

  1. Importing CSV-files (Texttext - Tabstop tabstop separated) in using the administrative interface
  2. Import, change, modify or remove individual subscribers by using a httpsubscriber data using an HTTP-interface
  3. Import, change, modify or remove individual subscribers by subscriber data using a template based web-interface based on templates
  4. Remove subscribers by subscriber data using a CSV-deleting file (Texttext - Tabstop tabstop separated) in using the administrative interface
  5. Import, change, modify or remove individual subscribers by using the function CORBAsubscriber data using CORBA features
  6. Import, change or remove individual subscribers by reading and writing directly inside the SQL database (NOTE: only for pros)Import, change, or remove individual subscribers by modify or remove subscriber data using a SOAP-interface
