User management
The term “user” in BACKCLICK does not mean the subscribers to the different mailing lists. It refers to the people who will use or are using the system to define and send out newsletters, who wish to see statistical data, or who are administrators. BACKCLICK has its own user management, which allows for very simple handling of all users. This hierarchical structure of rights makes it possible to give every user rights to every function in BACKCLICK, depending on position and status. You may define the rights of every user to configure, write, or send newsletters here:

After rights have been defined for every user, it is possible for users at different places to log in to the system and work with it simultaneously. It is of course also possible to deactivate accounts or create special user accounts that are only allowed to read the reports. PLEASE NOTE: A user is only allowed to create a new user with the same rights as that he himself owns (principle of heredity of rights). But the language of the user interface may be different for every user. BACKCLICK is currently available in English, German or Polish.
